TJ-AERO — TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Version 1.1 · Effective 12 August 2026

1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THIS AGREEMENT IS

1.1 TJ-Aero ("the Platform") is owned and operated by Raffles Online Platforms ("we", "us", "our"), of
4/27 Galkanda Road, Aniwatte, Kandy, Sri Lanka.

1.2 These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Raffles Online Platforms. By registering an
account, taking the Oath, or using the Platform in any way, you accept these Terms in
full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Platform.

1.3 We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to you, and continued use
after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The version you agreed
to at registration is recorded and retained.

2. ELIGIBILITY, IDENTITY AND ACCOUNTS

2.1 The Platform is intended for aviation professionals and related parties. You must be at
least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

2.2 Registration requires genuine identity information, including a valid passport number,
passport expiry date, and a copy of that passport. You warrant that all identity
information you provide is true, accurate, current, and lawfully yours to provide.

2.3 Accounts are personal. You must not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you are
solely responsible for all activity occurring under it and for keeping your credentials
secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2.4 Registration is subject to approval at our sole discretion. We may refuse, suspend,
freeze, or terminate any account at any time, with or without reason, including where a
passport on file has expired, identity cannot be verified, or the Oath is broken.

2.5 You must keep your passport details current. Accounts with expired identity documents
may be frozen until updated and re-verified.

3. THE OATH AND MEMBER CONTRIBUTIONS

3.1 All members take the TJ-Aero Professional Oath at registration. The Oath forms part of
these Terms and is recorded alongside your identity details.

3.2 You are solely and personally responsible for everything you contribute — including
knowledge base entries, answers, experiences, listings, reviews, messages, files, and
    any other content ("Member Content").

3.3 You warrant that your Member Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge, is
lawfully yours to publish, does not infringe any third party's rights (including
copyright, confidentiality, data protection, or contractual obligations to an
employer), and does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.

3.4 You must not publish material subject to third-party licence restrictions (for example
commercial chart or navigation data), any classified, restricted, or security-sensitive
information, or any personal data of others without a lawful basis.

3.5 You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence
to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display your Member Content for the
purposes of operating, promoting and improving the Platform, and to retain it as part
of the community knowledge base even after your account ends. You retain ownership of
    your Member Content.

3.6 We may remove, edit, or refuse any Member Content at any time, at our sole discretion,
without notice and without liability to you.

3.7 The Oath governs how you conduct yourself here. It does not govern what you may rely on:
the limits on relying on anything published on the Platform are set out in section 4
below, they apply to you in full whether or not you have taken the Oath, and taking the
Oath does not make any contribution — yours or anyone else's — an official source.

4. NO RELIANCE — CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE

4.1 THE PLATFORM IS AN INFORMATION-SHARING COMMUNITY, NOT AN OFFICIAL AERONAUTICAL
INFORMATION SOURCE. It is not an AIP, not a NOTAM office, not an air navigation service
provider, and not a source of flight-planning, dispatch, or airworthiness authority.

4.2 Information on the Platform is contributed by members, may be incomplete, out of date,
inaccurate, or wrong, and is provided for general reference only. Any tools,
calculators, decoders, weather, NOTAM, route, or news features are provided for
convenience only, may rely on third-party data outside our control, and may be
    unavailable, delayed, or in error.

4.3 YOU MUST NOT USE THE PLATFORM AS THE SOLE OR PRIMARY BASIS FOR ANY OPERATIONAL, FLIGHT,
SAFETY, NAVIGATION, MAINTENANCE, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR REGULATORY DECISION. You must
independently verify all information against official and authoritative sources and
apply your own professional judgement. You remain fully responsible for compliance with
    all applicable regulations.

4.4 Verification badges, community fact-checks, consensus indicators, points, tiers, coins,
trophies, and similar signals are community indicators only. They are not a warranty,
certification, endorsement, or guarantee by us of any person, company, credential, or
    statement.

5. DEALINGS BETWEEN MEMBERS

5.1 The Platform may allow members to connect, message, advertise, market, buy, sell, hire,
quote, and contract with one another (including aircraft, parts, vendor services,
charter capacity, empty legs, flight requests, and freelance work).

5.2 WE ARE NOT A PARTY TO ANY TRANSACTION, CONTRACT, OR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MEMBERS. We
are not a broker, agent, operator, carrier, employer, employment agency, escrow, or
adviser. We do not vet, guarantee, insure, or take responsibility for any member,
listing, aircraft, part, service, payment, or agreement.

5.3 Any transaction or engagement you enter into with another member is entirely at your
own risk and is solely between you and that member. You are responsible for your own
due diligence, contracts, insurance, airworthiness and regulatory compliance, and
payment security. Any dispute is between you and the other member, and you release us
from all claims arising out of it.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

6.1 You must not: submit false, fabricated, or misleading information; impersonate anyone;
scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data; attempt to breach security or access data you
are not entitled to; upload executable software, malware, or harmful code; use the
Platform unlawfully or to harass, defraud, or endanger anyone; or use it to compete
    with or replicate the Platform.

6.2 Member Content judged false or misleading by the community, or in breach of the Oath,
may result in loss of standing, deduction of contribution coins, removal of content,
and suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. DATA, PRIVACY AND RETENTION

7.1 We store identity documents (including passport copies) privately and use them solely
for identity verification and platform integrity. Access is restricted to authorised
    staff.

7.2 Your signed Terms acceptance and Oath — recorded together with your name, email,
passport number, IP address, and the date and time of signing — are retained as a
durable record of your agreement, for as long as we consider necessary to protect our
legitimate interests, and may be produced as evidence of your agreement.

7.3 Direct messages, shared files, and meeting records are retained for a maximum of three
    (3) months and are then permanently deleted. Do not rely on the Platform as a store of
record for anything you need to keep.

7.4 We may retain and continue to display Member Content contributed to the community
knowledge base after your account is closed, in anonymised or attributed form.

8. AVAILABILITY

8.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that
it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will not be lost.

8.2 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, including any feature,
data, or account, at any time and without notice or liability.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

9.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, TERMS,
AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, currency, reliability,
legality, or suitability of any information on the Platform, or as to the identity,
credentials, honesty, solvency, or conduct of any member.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Raffles Online Platforms, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES, STAFF, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD
PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
PLATFORM, ITS CONTENT, ITS TOOLS, ITS UNAVAILABILITY, OR YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON
     ANY OF IT.

10.2 This exclusion includes, without limitation: direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profit, revenue, contracts,
     business, goodwill, opportunity, or anticipated savings; loss or corruption of data;
operational disruption, delay, diversion, or cancellation; regulatory penalties or
enforcement; personal injury, death, or damage to aircraft or property; and any loss
arising from a decision taken in reliance on the Platform — whether arising in
contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, and
whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.

10.3 We are not liable for the acts, omissions, statements, content, or conduct of any
member or third party, or for any transaction or dispute between members.

10.4 Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for
all claims arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the
greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the
event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

10.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be
excluded or limited under the applicable law.

11. INDEMNITY

11.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raffles Online Platforms, its owners, directors,
officers, employees, staff, contractors, and agents from and against all claims,
demands, proceedings, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including
reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your Member Content; your
use of the Platform; your breach of these Terms or the Oath; your dealings with any
other member; your infringement of any third party's rights; or your breach of any law
     or regulation.

12. THIRD-PARTY DATA AND LINKS

12.1 The Platform may display or link to third-party data and services (including official
aeronautical, weather, NOTAM, mapping, news, and video services). We do not control,
endorse, or accept responsibility for them, and their availability and accuracy are
     not guaranteed by us.

13. TERMINATION

13.1 You may close your account at any time. We may suspend, freeze, or terminate your
account and access immediately, at our sole discretion, with or without notice or
reason, including for breach of these Terms or the Oath.

13.2 Sections 3.5, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14 and any other provision which by its nature
     should survive, will survive termination.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform
are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without
     regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14.2 The courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit
to that jurisdiction and waive any objection to it.

15. GENERAL

15.1 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the
remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

15.2 Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

15.3 These Terms, together with the Oath, form the entire agreement between you and us in
respect of the Platform and supersede any prior understanding.

15.4 You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to any successor or acquirer of the
     Platform.

15.5 Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@tj-aero.com.

The Professional Oath

Taken by every member at registration and forming part of these Terms.

THE TJ-AERO PROFESSIONAL OATH

I understand that this platform exists so that aviation professionals can rely on one
another's word, and that the safety of flights, crews and passengers may depend on the
accuracy of what I contribute here. On my professional honour, I undertake that:

1. I will provide honest and accurate information to the best of my knowledge and belief,
and I will never knowingly submit information that is false, misleading, or fabricated.

2. The identity I register under is my own. The name, passport and credentials I supply are
genuine, current, and lawfully mine to present. I will not impersonate any other person
or organisation, nor allow anyone else to use my account.

3. Where I state a qualification, licence, rating, or employment history, it is true and I
hold the underlying documentation. I accept that my credentials may be verified.

4. When I share operational intelligence — airport information, fees, handling, security
observations, or similar — I will distinguish clearly between what I have witnessed
first-hand, what I have been told, and what I believe but cannot confirm.

5. I will correct or withdraw information I later find to be wrong, promptly and without
   being asked.

6. I will treat other members with professional respect, will not misuse information or
documents shared with me in confidence, and will not use this platform to harass,
   defraud, or endanger any person.

7. I accept that breaking this oath may result in the loss of contribution standing, the
suspension or permanent removal of my account, and — where my conduct causes harm to
others — that I alone am responsible for the consequences of what I choose to publish.

I take this oath freely, in my own name, and I understand that it is recorded together with
my identity details as a lasting record of my undertaking.
